Board Meeting

Residents may attend the meeting in the Community Room or join remotely via Zoom.

The Board of Directors has retained the law firm Hughes, Gill, Cochrane and Tinetti to represent the HOA on legal matters. With 131 units now closed and approximately 90% of homeowners moved in, the Board is hosting a Town Hall Meeting led by HOA attorney Edith Murphy.

All China Basin homeowners are encouraged to attend. The meeting will provide an overview of the roles of management, the Board, and homeowners; key governing documents; owner versus common area responsibilities; association finances including budgeting and reserves; and community conduct expectations.
